Hello.. I bought a "brand new" blackberry phone a couple days ago.. And now I'm trying to use my email address but I need to know the username and password that the last owner used to have on his/her account in order to change the email address, what you guys think I can do? If you can help me out with the information it would be very helpful.
Im in Ecuador and I try to contact T-Mobile people since the phone is from t-mobile but they are helpless.
The email address on the phone is gloriat, at tmo.blackberry.net

You need to contact the original owner and they need to get the PIN released from Tmobile. You're not going to find anyone that will give you the username and password for someone else's email account.
Once the PIN is released you can register the phone with your carrier and setup your own email account.
