    i just resent my service books to my 8320 and HTML email works.. although the pics arent downloading 100% but in the options menu its all set to yes. (by the way im using the beta

    same thing here, HTML works but external pics arent downloading, i go to options get images and a pop up window appears giving me a warning about security i click ok but nothing happens, pics embeded with the e-mail does work.

    Oh and i also have im gonna upgrade to .46 and see if that helps.

    Yep, same thing here and I am now on .46. I think the issue with downloading the pictures is security related so they have you make a conscious decision to get them.

    It's nice to finally see actual links in emails. My only complaint is with sms messages. Sometimes people get the same messages twice. Other times they are getting messages hours after I sent them. You can imagine what kind of confusion this is causing. Is anyone else having this issue?

    You do have to get the images manually, i believe it is a security risk as was mentioned above.

    Some people were saying that even then the pics do not download... i am on, the images do finally download it just takes a minute. If you exit out of the message because it takes too long it will never download, give it a min and see what happens.

    yeah ive tried to download them manually but it takes forever and thene again like said above... the blackberry OS is still beta so im sure there are some kinks theyre working out ;]
