Syncing info to phones, MORE DATA

Hey all, thought i'd post this one to the experts and hardcore BB users on crackberry.

We want to sync a larger set of data to a group of our BBs, Essentially, it's a bunch of contact info we want to sync, but I'd like to avoid having 100 contacts that we have to 'lookup' to keep in sync with our BES server, I'm more hoping for a note file, or a public folder that we can centrally keep up to date, that syncs with certain BBs etc.

Anyone have any suggestions on how we can accomplish this?
