I have a Pearl 8130 and am synchronizing it with MS Outlook 2007. That seems to work fine.

I also use Franklin Covey's PlanPlus for Outlook (ver 5) and have that set up to synch as well. Whenever the synch process calls the add-in, it is extremely slow. The progress dialogue box says that it is processing Outlook tasks and it has probably taken 20 minutes to process 44 of 83 tasks.

Anybody have a clue on how to speed this up?

I just started using v6 and noticed that you can config the add-in to sync all records or lower it down to 30 days worth of data via DM. This really sped up my sync time. Give it a try.

I have used the date limitations in synching my MS Outlook calendary, but had not noticed that option for the FC add-in. I'll give it a try today.
