Hi all! I recently acquired a Pearl but have not yet activated it, I synched it with Outlook on my computer BUT the address icon does not show up on my Pearl screen. Does the phone have to be activated first before I can access my contact list from Outlook?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Hi Chris thanks for your help; when I bring up options there are 2 categories, connection options and data folder options, which do I use?? Have never had a Blackberry before!!
