Hey, guys. I'd like to find a way to sync my podcasts (which I usually get through iTunes) with my blackberry.

As things stand now, I drag & drop them into a "podcasts" folder on the blackberry, which will then play quite nicely in media player. Is there an easier way to do something like this? Not that this is terribly difficult, but it seems like just the sort of thing that could be automated...

I don't believe there is a way to sych BB with iTunes. The two do not recognize each other. You have to move the files from one HD to another.

I quite despise BB Media Sync = bloatware. My all time favorite is iTunes Agent..., just my 0.02$

iTunes agent, huh? I'll have a look. Media sync irritated me when I discovered it won't USE BLUETOOTH!

    ACK!

Media Sync doesn't seem to work for podcasts, only for music.

does iTunes Agent convert your iTunes songs?

I want to know what the best way to convert iTunes songs to a format BB's will accept. The only method I currently know of is burning cd's from iTunes and then uploading them on Rhapsody. But that's long and tedious and if anyone knows a quicker way I would appreciate it.

i'm surprised that apple hasn't released an iTunes app for blackberry since there's so many blackberry users. unless there is an app and i just didn't know about it.

I suspect you're on a pc, so this might not apply to your case. Anyway, PocketMac has an itunes sync option. It's the mac alternative for desktop manager.

On my pc, I just drag and drop since Media Sync is so bad.

I think there is a program called doubletwist that might work also.

If there is an app, Apple won't release it. C'mon! The iPhone is their bread and butter right now, to allow their software to sync with others would be counter productive, and they don't really have any incentive to make more people use iTunes (which is technically free), I imagine
