    I've read about syncing outlook calendar - but is it possible to sync contacts already set up on outlook to the BB (BIS)? Just wanted to save time rather than entering them manually. Thank you for any input

    Yes, that's what I did when I first got my bb. Just make sure you download desktop manager and it is pretty easy to sync.

    Contacts will sync just like the calendar. No restroking required. Just go through the setup process in Desktop Manager.

    I have dm installed - do i need to have outlook open to do this?
