What am I doing that's resulting in these?

Nothing has changed by my doing with these types of items. How do I avoid this if in fact I can.

Is anybody else plagued by these? I get them a couple times here and there. Sometimes I choose false., sometimes I chose true...doesn't seem to change anything...my only concern is how to AVOID them altogether .

Not sure what's the correct course of action I should look at.

If you are setting appointments in outlook and on the device you will get this. The default for the bb is to let you know that you have an appointment with an alarm. Outlook is opposite. I would choose true so that you will be notified if you are at your pc or if you are away and have your bb.
And happy birthday to the little one! My boy will be 2 in march.
