I've set up my Bold 9700 to use company BES Express, Contacts and calendar are sync prefectly but my emails won't.

How do I sync my email account?

Plus my BB is recieving all of my spam which my outlook account doesn't get -How do I stop this ??

sounds like it could be a folder sync issue. i would check to make sure the folders you want are checked and uncheck any you dont want. you can do it through desktop manager or on the phone.
