Okay, I have a T-MOBILE phone that came with a sim card...
I want to use my NEXTEL Blackberry and have it work with my TMOBILE sim card. The NEXTEL has a place for my sim card but the phone is not reading it. I have alreayd wiped the blackberry clean of its original contents.

thats because the Nextel phone runs on the iDEN 800mhz network. your t-mobile SIM will only work in a GSM phone. the only reason that the nextel phone has a SIM is because iDEN is based off of TDMA technology (the parent of both iDEN and GSM) and requires it for network authentication. however, they are incompatible.
