ok so i was using the 9860 for about 6 months and went to the 9810. i want to go back to the 9860 but when i put my SIM in the 9860 the screen comes up bb ID sign in. you are using a new SIM card and sign in. i put in the correct ID and password but for some reason it just wont GO. meaning it is stuck on PLEASE WAIT with the spinning circle. its gone for st least 30 minutes..so i put the SIM back in the 9810 and fires right up and i have to sign in to BB ID and no prob??? i have done this several times and same issue? is the sever down? the odd this is i put the old SIM back in the 9860 which is a pre pay and fires up like now...any help would be awesome

Site not down if your able to go back & fourth from one phone to the other. Are both phone from the same carrier?

yes they are...both tmobile, 1 is a plan and the other is a pre pay sim

got it !!! had to sign in first on the unused bb and it asked if i wanted to switch device PINS said yes and all is good
