    I am use to the SIM world, I may have to swap BB 8330 for a new BB 8330, how do you save all your current setings/info from one devoce to the next? and will my PIN# change?

    Back up your BB using deskto manager. And yes your pin will change.

    Thats correct, backup all of your info, then when you get the new device, use the restore option in the DM and you'll be fine.

    Go to options, security, general settings, hit the menu key and select wipe handheld.
