Subfolders on my BB 8830

I have emails in my subfolders on me desktop, but when I look for them in my subfolders on my BB they are not there. HELP!!!!!

Are you a BIS or BES user?

I'm very very new at this and I am not sure what that means.

So since we use BES is there somethine I can do to set my BB where I can see emails in the subfolders

That would be something you should ask your BES admin about.
