Maybe a pushed icon. Check your Message folder and delete it from there.
That looks to me like an AppWorld update. Go there and check for any apps that need to be updated. AppWorld itself might be asking for an update too.

Could be that too as app worl released an update this week. Hard to see from that picture.
Check your MESSAGES folder it should be there...
