Call your cell leave a VM.
Go back to your BB check your VM, exit
and it should go away. That has always worked
for me.
look and see if you have any saved messages. :)
If that doesn't work you need to back up your device using desktop manager and then wipe the device. Use desktop manager to restore your BB, but do not restore your phone logs otherwise the icon will show back up.
I have no saved messages. And I have no phone other them my BB.. no house phone..Grr..now I have to get someone to call me...
My 8830 doesn't display an icon for "saved" messages. Just unheard ones.
