Hello All,

Hope you may be able to help.

My Blackberry Bold was running fine until about 11am today.

My facebook app isnt working, my bbm messages arent sending, and some but not all emails are sending! My internet is working fine and I can connect to it no bother,
However in my Service Status, all were previously saying not connected, now only certain once are saying not connected and some are saying Mobile Network.

Also my Whatsapp keep sending me messages saying a new version is available every 5 minutes or so. I can call out and recieve calls, emails and messages...just seems to be making up its mind about what it wants to do!!

Please help.... I have tried rebooting it.

How do you reboot? Have you done a battery pull?

Where abouts in the world are you? as there is currently an outage in the EMEA Region

Im in Scotland, UK.

Whats an outage? And would this explain whats going on with my phone?
