Judging by the plethora of 7" tablets available now, I tend to think BlackBerry was correct with respect to the size of the PB.

Yeah, I am aware. I meant for 2nd choice. That would be nice if they released both sizes then. I would have loved to buy an 10 inch PB instead of a 7 inch PB is all.

Agreed. Calling it huge makes unaware people in the public understand it to be unwieldy, like the Galaxy Mega. It is not. It is a very manageable size, that provides a great mix between media-friendly and yet still being manageable with one hand. I'd sooner refer to it as an "ideal, 5" display".

It is too big for me for one handed use. I find it annoying to wield two handed.
BlackBerry needs to get a successor out for the z10 and actually come up with a decent strategy

You only need that screen if you're completley blind... 10 years ago, everybody would laught at the person that had the biggest phone it was a "brick"... in 2013 is "SWAG"

And ppl complaining about not being able to reach across the screen case there fingers are short I have short fingers I can hold the is in one hand and use my thumb everywhere easy just hold it so you can it's still comfy

hmmm, i find this curious, as I have pretty big hands and even on my Z10, i have to really stretch or slightly adjust how I hold it to reach to the top opposite corner or the screen...

so make it .8 inches bigger, and I could see even average fingers having trouble reaching the top of the screen...

to OP; ok, I won't call it huge, just "too big" for me heheh....

The Z10 would be considered a brick in 2005. The Galaxy Note was laughed at 2 years ago and they sell 10 million of those a year at least. The HTC Titan with a 4.7 inch screen was called too big. In 2011 a 4.3 inch phone was called big and now the standard lies between 4.5 and 5 inches. The net book and tablet was laughed at, Etc. The market changes and now people laugh at people that have the smallest phone. There's a lot of people that aren't "blind" who find a need for a bigger phone. And please don't use that idiotic word when comparing phones, just no.

GF was hesitant because she heard it was so huge. She didn't think she could handle all of it. Once she held it in her hands she realized she could hold it in one hand and do whatever she wanted. With a big smile she said she can't go back to the smaller ones and we lived happily BlackBerry after.
