Here we are almost at the end of March and still no 10.3.1 for T-Mobile users in the U.S. Anyone else out there on another carrier or another country still not have 10.3.1?

There is Sachesi...but you would lose wifi calling though if you are on official 10.2.1.2228.

Upgraded from TMobile Z10 to unlocked Z30. Tired of waiting from official carrier updates. Looks like they have no plans at all.

I seriously doubt you are going to get the OTA 10.3.1 update on a T Mobile branded device since they are not licensed to carry the Blackberry brand anymore?

Even though they say they are still going to support the Blackberry devices on their network, I doubt if that includes OTA updates.

I have been buying factory unlocked devices every since the pissing match between T Mobile and Blackberry started to insure I will continue to get updates directly from Blackberry.

But...but...they said they would support our devices, right?

Which is why they gave us voLTE (NOT)
Which is why they gave us free in-flight texting (NOT)
And that is why they will give us 10.3.1 with WiFi calling (you got it.)

Ask them if they have 10.3.1 in testing. If they don't answer this question the way it's supposed to be (yes/no)--that will say a lot.

Also on T-Mo, but using unlocked Classic purchased from Amazon; running latest .1779 official OS. Carrier is fine for carrying my data, phone calls..not my choice of device or delivery of OS.

You're on the Classic, which means you must have purchased it elsewhere, not from T-Mobile USA. This means that you can get updates directly from BlackBerry, just like my ShopBlackBerry purchased Z30, also on 10.3.1 and T-Mobile USA.

The question is whether T-Mobile USA-branded devices have gotten the update.

I honestly I don't think TMobile will ever roll that update out. They are some complete liars and hate on BB at every turn, especially when you inquire about a BB in a TMobile store. My advise to anyone that still has a Tmobile-purchased BB, is to find other ways to get your updates..Whenever I had to call Tmobile for customer service about my BB(back when they still sold them), they were absolutely incompetent and had no idea how to help me, so they eventually just started telling me lies and forwarded me to Blackberry's customers service.

I used the autoloaders on both my TMO Z10 and Q10. They are like new phones. Better battery life and much improved performance. WiFi calling is not worth waiting for. WiFi calling just shows how bad their network coverage is. If they were not the last prepaid carrier with BIS, I would walk away.

Well I'm still debating between the Z30 and the Leap, not happy with my options but without a premium all touch I'm stuck. Anyway, whichever I choose won't be a T-Mobile device so next time around I should get the update directly from BlackBerry.

I might just do that. Who knows when T-Mobile and the US carriers in general will come around to making 10 3.1 available.

Does anyone know if they fixed the problems with the first release affecting the older devices like the z10, q10 and z30? If I'm going to use an autoloader I want to make sure I have no problems.
