I went to the Sprint store because my track ball was sticking. First they tried to just adjust the sensitivity. When called out on that they agreed to replace the phone since it IS a know problem. When I picked up my phone they claimed it was new. While it looked new, it had the same PIN as my old phone. Is that even possible? The track ball works perfect and the sensitivity is at 70% and the appearance is new but how can it have the same PIN? Any ideas or did I get duped somehow?
