All the sudden my speaker is acting up.. I can't hear the other line unless I turn the speaker phone on. Wth? Anyone know wts going besides the obvious/speaker going out?

thats probably exactly what it is. you can try reloading the OS, but i doubt its that.
try going into the status screen and type TEST. go through the testing process and see if the earpiece test passes. if not, you need a new speaker.
