Does anybody know how to get outlook email onto the blackberry storm 9530...
I had a pearl and my email worked fine. i got a storm for christmas and i cannot get my work email on it. Everytime i try to activate in the enterprise activation it fails....
Does anyone know how to fix this? is it because i have not deleted my email settings on my old blackberryl???
Have you contacted your IT department to issue you a new activation password? And do you have the proper plan added onto the device? (Enterprise data not personal data)
When i first got my pearl, i went into activate email > enterprise server, then i put my outlook email in and i typed in the password that i use to log on to my network at work and it worked??
All phone will have an enterprise activation option, you type in your email address and password supplied by your BES admin and then the activation process begins. I think the OP is getting confused and putting in his email address and email password thinking it will activate his email.

If this is true, then the solution is to talk to your IT department and ask them for a new activation password for the BES, at this point you cannot do this without their assistance.
