i looked at my phone this morning and the led was flashing so i went to look at my phone and the keypad and trackball are unresponsive the trackball moves but dose not click and none of the key board is responding ive already restored the phone with two different os and battery pulled

someone help please

Remove the battery immediately and do not turn the device on.
