But this one defines my level of coolness.

So I broke my iPhone, then I got a 8300 gifted from a friend, and that thing has become my worst nightmare.

So I never had a plan with T-Mobile, I always payed month to month, worked out great for my iPhone, and was dirt cheap. Though now I asked around and figured I got some decent deals if I sign a contract. Mind you, to get such a good deal with the BBs, I need to change my digits, but I don't really care about that.

    So I got three choices:

    1. Bold 9700 with unlimited talk, text, and internet for 99.99 a month. But I pay 130 for the phone(But the thing is a champ).

2.Curve 8500 with the same plan and monthly cost, but the phone is free

    3. Fix my 2g iPhone screen for $140 and get a plan with everything that will cost me about $20 less than the BB plans.

    Choose wisely.

these are your only three choices?
ATT runs a deal occasionally where they give away a free 9000 if you re-up on a two year deal...if this kind of deal isn't available you should take your number one choice.

2! Because I have an 8520. But... On the real side of things... Number 1. Oh btw. Coolness shouldn't be defined by your phone, by your swag. ;p.

Lol with a reply like that, I'm kinda sorry I missed the pre-edited post.

    OP, I'd go with #1.

Im gonna jump on the bandwagon here. Go with #1, but its all about what you want, if you want to fix your iphoney go right ahead. But you will be much much happier with the bold.

I would go for option 2. I wouldn't pay anymore money for a device. Questions for you, does the unlimited voice, text, and web include GPS, or is that separate? What other carriers work well in your area? If Sprint does, I would wait for the Tour 2 and sign a contract with them, the plan pricing is better and it includes GPS. Or, if you are planning on keeping your device for longer than six months, go to wirefly and you can get your choice of blackberrys for free on just about every carrier.

Choice #1 clearly. If there's any way you could get a 9000 cheaper or free, I'd go with that instead though. <3 the 9000

Excellent timing and execution. Bravo sir.

I'm leaning towards the 9700, just to let you guys know, I travel a lot to Europe, and I usually get my phones unlocked because of that. How well does the 9700 work with overseas SIM cards?
