    CPreferencesManager: Configuration Value for /Preferences/ Account_2_131074/SyncAccount_2 not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB

    My hard drive crashed so I have reloaded my Blackberry Link (latest version).

    I can back up my BB but not sync to my desktop Outlook calendar ( I get the CPreferencesManager error message). I have successfully registered the .dll file per the BB knowlege base, but sync is still unsuccessful with same error message.

    I really don't want to have to go through multiple calls (and pay for) BB technical support. Is there anything else that I can do????
