Solution for calendar entries not showing on today themes

the best solution that I have found is that if you have a old back up with the old service books on there, use the advance option on the backup/restore from the DM and restore only the service books and that works well and don't have to sacrifice the option to send invites for your appointments. there's some other solutions suggested by deleting the cical service books but that limits the ability to be able to send the appointments to your invitees.
