No, it is in delay because that is just Blackberry operating as usual- the whole "coming soon" or "in just a few weeks" or any other B.S. they feed you about their non-existent timetables.

While BlackBerry has had some of the most inexcusable and unprofessional delays of all time, this delay is not their fault.

It is the carriers. They prioritize BlackBerry dead last due to BlackBerry's low market share.

To suggest that BlackBerry would:
1. Finish the OS,
2. provide the OS to every country on planet Earth except the US,
3. sit on the completed OS for literally months and months,
4. finally send the OS to the US carriers,

makes no sense.
