I've been using Blackberry phones since 2008 (8330, 8100, 8220, 8900, 9780, and currently the Z10) but it's finally time to move on, I'm getting a Galaxy S5 through work (I requested a Nexus 5 but no dice).

My biggest gripe is the lack of apps and I love Google services, which is my biggest reason for going Android over iphone, I prefer the customizing of Android too. But other things were really wearing me down too, terrible battery life, duplicate contact issues, duplicate contact info, poor reception, not getting texts when wifi was on, getting notifications to login to Blaq and Google Chat every other day, not being able to remove certain apps (i.e. BBM), and being the but* of jokes didn't help either.

I'm sure that I will miss the hub, which is really amazing for efficiency, but that's about it, maybe the keyboard too but time will tell on that.

It's been a good ride but it's time to move on. Thanks to the Crackberry staff and all of the incredibly helpful people on these forums throughout the years, it's been fun. Maybe I'll see you over at Android Central...
