    Hey everybody,

    First time poster, no first-timer to the immense help Crackberry has been for me. I'm hoping this time it wont be any different.

    I've got the latest Snap version and updated de last version for BB10 there is for me (10.2.1.537). It's a Q10 - SQN 100-3 and I can't seem to find what is going wrong.

    After I press the 'Open Installer' button it goes into processing and there it stays.

    Help would be greatly appreciated!

    Updating to 10.2.1.537 has brought bugs to the Android runtime for some users. Maybe reloading the OS through BB Link could fix it.

    I'm experiencing the same problem. Installer stays stuck in 'processing'. How do you reload the OS via BlackBerry link as suggested?

    I would just delete, reboot phone, re-install and thats how I got it to work properly

    The same thing happened to me, it stays in processing. I tried everything from reseting and rebooting and re-downloading the OS 10.2.1 but still does the same thing, I hope google is in anyway interfering with Snap! I thought at first is because i was using the leak OS but after reading you blog it seems its just the app itself.

    Have u tried running an Android port app in BlackBerry World before running the installer? I did that after installing my 1925 leak. I just opened BB World and picked an Android ported app that I had, a grocery app, and then opened it. It then starts the Android runtime. Then try launching the app from Snap.

    If that doesn't work, you might want to try to sideload the runtime from your current OS again

    Thanks BBUniq01 , that actually worked. I ran an android ported app that I had and than i went back to Snap and was able to get to the install screen.
