On Hotmail, GMail and most other e-mail clients, you can go into the settings and change the name that appears next to your e-mail address: that way, the recipient of your e-mails will see "John Doe <[email protected]>" rather than just "<[email protected]>".
Is there any way to do this with SMS e-mails? In other words, when I send a text/SMS message to an e-mail address (rather than another phone number), how can I ensure that the recipient of the e-mail will see "John Doe <[email protected]>" in his inbox, rather than "<[email protected]>"?
