I have a yellow smiley face with the #1 showing on my screen. I know the represents a IM from another BB user but after the conversation ended the smiley appeared. I tried turning the BB off and then on again but it hasn't cleared. I have a BB curve. So if anyone knows what this means please get back to me. Thank you.

try not only opening your bb messenger but also open your messages folder where your missed calls and emails etc are found. that should do it hopefully
