I don't think August has web activation yet. There's nothing I can find about it besides a couple of Support Articles mentioning a web app (no link or sign in). As far as I can see the only account I have with them is through a mobile app. Maybe they're working on creating something further to this effect. It is entirely Bluetooth LE. All calibration, setup, account creation and lock control is done with a compatible mobile device using their app. This thread has everything you need to get running in BB10.

I recieved email from ford the other week informing me that with a modification in my 2013 Taurus I will be able to open doors and start my car from an app on my phone from anywhere I am., didn't say whether it was apple app or android or even blackberry have to investigate. Further.

From what I understand, Ford was still using Windows Sync in their vehicles up until this month when they released Sync3 with QNX. Who knows what mobile platforms are supported but, hey....QNX.
