I need to solve a mystery.
I have two Z30s.

Black one has a Smart Tag icon on the home page and it works.

White one has no icon. I searched every folder many times. I can find and use Smart Tag by typing a search, I see it in the list of downloaded apps in BB World and can open it from there, and it shows up in the battery monitor list. But no icon.

I tried to contact the developer, but that link did not work, nor did the link to his website.

Any ideas?

The developer is Blackberry.

I would go into Blackberry World
select -> My World -> My Apps and games -> Installed

then find the app in the list and long press to select and select Uninstall
from the popup.


Then install it again.

Tried that, got this:

Seems to be an app that can't be Uninstalled. On my black Z30 when I long press on the app no trash icon appears.

I think you could try and extract the bar file of it from the autoloader of your current OS version and sideload that bar file onto it. It might give it an icon.
