I have had my BB Curve for two weeks. The past two days I have noticed a slight slowdown in speed, especially when sending texts. Are there any tips I should know to correct this? Should I clear my previous messages? Will that help? All ideas welcomed. Thank you.

Options > Status > File Free. Anything below 12,000,000 bytes is considered too low. Also if you have the facebook or viigo app, you can try removing it. Lately it has been causing problems for people.

I have over 39,000,000 free. No facebook or Vigo.

That happened to me, I pulled the battery (while the phone is on) and I deleted the event log(alt+lg lg) and internet logs. My phone seems back to its norm now.

Should I delete event log and internet log? How does one do that?

Press alt+lg lg and press clear

And for internet go to internet options> cache operations and clear them

But really if u have a lot of memory like you said I'd pull the battery as it doesn't seem like a memory prob?
