I have my work e-mail account configured on my BB Curve 8310 using OWA over BIS. Generally speaking, just about every e-mail that hits my BB comes about 5 minutes later than it does to my inbox.

When I've had BBs on BES with an in-house BES server, they'd hit the BB oftentimes before they hit my inbox.

I've resent service books, I've reconfigured the account on the BIS site, I've even done battery pulls.

Is this just the nature of the beast with OWA over BIS? Or should I be looking at my Exchange server (or something else) to account for the slow(ish) e-mail delivery?

i know gmail is instant but my home acct usually takes about 15 minutes after it hits my inbox on my home pc and I have a feeling it is due to their servers and the way they have it configured.
