I won't reveal my source, but from the horses mouth, Slider will be Android, but will be a BB10 version too!
Edit: just to clarify, a BB10 version and an Android version.

Can you talk just a little bit about the source (if possible)? Just minimum info like if it's someone from BlackBerry or carrier or something. Sorry but it's just that since it is a very VERY good news I just need some evidence that the source is indeed trustable.

2. Better integrated gps...which makes app available on bb10 itself

If BB10 just gets the 10.3.3 bug fixes and doesn't move forward with Qt5 support. BB10 is EOL. It will just continue on in it's current form with no new features.

Remember when I found it odd that BlackBerry didn't announce any plans to support 1080p displays(+) after they launched the Z30?

I wonder if BlackBerry Limited has stopped developing BlackBerry 10 OS . . . we have not seen anything new for several weeks (since OS 10.3.2.2339 / Radio 10.3.2.2340 popped up on the production server).
