That's to use Skype to call phone numbers. Skype to Skype calls have always been free, and still are.

That's where apps like Vopium are better, calls are a lot cheaper then Skype calls.

Well any IM app is free to chat, talk and do video if it has those features.

It's the reason I gave up on it and started using Vopium.
