i don't have a blackberry yet but if i did it would most likely be some kind of web browser possibly opera.
I have only installed RSA SecurID (for work) and Opera Mini so far.
Besides the must-have/favorite native apps like Messages, Phone, etc., I have grown particularly fond of Opera Mini only b/c of the convenience and features that I have relished from the start. The rendering of Web pages and the overview selection of the entire page width are the features that make it so that I will not use any of the native CrackBerry browser apps anymore (unless I ultimately need to for certain compatibility reasons). The only drawback so far is that you can't switch back and forth between apps out of Opera Mini, which means I have to relaunch it every time I want to use it with its default home page. I've tried the menu options and the ALT button keys that I normally use, but the option to Switch Application just isn't available. At least not from what I've been able to find. But this isn't enough for me to stop using it though ;)
Google Maps, Beyond411. Gizmo5 would be up there (VoIP and integrated multi protocol chat) but it's still a little rough around the edges.
just some themes so far.
so far the only thing i have installed is opera mini and its too soon to judge it...
otherwise I love everything that came with it..

google maps, BB messenger (is that an app?), 411, and one game
Jivetalk, Empower email Viewer, black/white list, Opera Mini, PocketDay, xPlayer, SoftReset, Gmail, Mobipocket Reader.
I only have two(Opera Mini and Google Maps). Mostly because I am cheap and refuse to pay for software.
My 2 favorite apps have got to be GTalk and BB messenger.
Hands down...FlipSide is my favorite! Just getting into the Jive Talk, but it looks pretty good so far.
I only have 3 (so far): Gmail, Google Maps & Opera Mini 4. Have to say my fave is Google Maps. I'll never get lost again!
Love the smart email viewer and google maps. Now all I need is voice recognition for the google map.
Google Maps & BB Weather...
love both...
I just got my pearl on Monday and the apps I downloaded so far are google sync and opera mini.
BES mail, HTML viewer and Google Maps are a must have.
too many to list - all free : )
Freecell, baby! Other than that, I spend most of my time rearranging the preferences on the programs that came with my Curve!
Can't live without my BB Messenger!!!
TeleNav Maps has saved me a few times also.
I keep track of my billable time with BizTrackIt (shrunkenhead.biz) -- an excellent time tracking program.
Ramble IM keeps me from having to use SMS for IM, which I use a LOT for work.
Of course, the built-in Browser, which I use constantly. I tried installing and using Opera Mini, but HATED the way it does Menus and text entry.
MIDPssh to log in to Unix servers from time to time.
A couple of different stopwatch applications to time my kid's Hot Wheels cars and Lego tracks.
I have Google maps and a coupla games.
BB Messenger is a MUST HAVE for me. My husband & I are on it constantly. The "Ping" feature is awesome (especially 20 times in a row when you want to have a good laugh)! :p
Just what came with the phone. I'm working on it.
I have a couple of games like Hearts and Poker. Application wise I have Powervault and Google Maps.
Google Maps. Use it all the time. The BB version is really cool. Much better than the version I had on my Treo.
i love to play sometime the solitare game
