    sorry forgot to specify I mean those blackberrians that mistakenly forgot their BlackBerry ID password. Because seems like its a hopeless case for some

    How to reset your BlackBerry ID password | Inside BlackBerry Help Blog

    From a computer, using those direction you shouldn't need a security question. All you need is the email you used with your BBID... and the ability to access that email.

    While I can see how someone might loses access to an email used to set up their BBID (used work or an isp email that they have left), and even forget their password (don't buy apps or reload the OS). I'm not sure how many of the post here are those users.....

    there are some users unfortunately for some reason cant access that email. They said that if u manage to forget ur password and cant access ur email. ur device is useless
