Is it that much better than the curve 9330 that I would be a fool not to purchase?

I assume you're talking about 9930...if so, why are you paying 325? You should be able to get a new one on contract for much less. If you're not on contract then I'd say it sounds good.

Honestly though if in perfect condition, that is a steal on no contract. Enjoy your new phone!
