i'm so conflicted right now. Do i get a q10 to replace my work issued 9900? or do i get a z10 and pop my work phone's sim card into it in the evenings and weekends?

and if i get a z10, that means for sure i'm not going to drop the cash for a z30. argh. what to do?

I am waiting for the Z30 too. Using a Z10 now but like you, came from the 9900. If you want a Q10, it might be worth going for, but not sure I would get the Z10 if it precluded the opportunity to get the Z30 if/when it comes available at a special price. I like the Z10 but find the keyboard a little cramped, and battery doesn't last as long as I would like. There are prob a few other things, but those two are my primary motivators for contemplating an upgrade. That being said, I would have a hard time going back to the 9900 from the Z10! I do miss the keyboard, but for me the larger screen is worth the trade off!

Purchased a Q10 before the sale was over. But the "Shop Blackberry Canada" needs a little help. I have purchased many things online (including Crackberry) and the process for each was generally quite simple. SBBC - sent me confirm of order - but that's it. Nothing in the way of 'Expect your order ___ days or You"ll receive a tracking number in __ days'. After a couple of days the log in for the order produced no further information. After about 45mins I was able to track down a telephone number to call - and the Customer Service agent wasn't even able to help - 'we can not provide you this information at this time' was all I got. I even asked 'how long does it generally take to fulfill and order before shipment, 3 - 5 days'? 'Sorry sir - we are unable to find that information for you at this time".

Love the product. So far the Shop Blackberry service 'Not so good'. Anyone else in this boat?

Yes, I'm in the same situation. I ordered mine back on the 12th but nothing to indicate which day, month or year to expect it. I do wish they had things a little better organized but I love the phone and the OS so I'm willing to wait. It's a helluva bargain.

It's now been 10 days since I placed my order. After posting a question to the support page of the website I received a note saying the order is "complete" and will ship soon but still no shipping information at all. I hope this delay is because they just got so many orders.

It turns out that a friend went to Best Buy yesterday and bought the same phone at the same price. Probably a better option, if time is important. Anyway, very glad to have it.
