How can I get Sheet to Go to allow number entries in multiple cells without having to redo the number lock for each cell?

Press the ALT key and then the LEFT SHIFT. That will set the
    phone to NUM LOCK

By the bye, ALT and then RIGHT SHIFT will set CAP LOCK

Yes, thanks I tried that. As soon as I hit enter or click the trackball to go to the next cell the num lock comes off.

I'm mildy irritated by this same issue. Furthermore, in a cell, you can press ALT-LeftShift which should lock the numeric function, but as soon as one number is typed, it releases. Doing it again then locks numeric function for that cell, but when moving to another cell the whole process has to be repeated. Should we start a conga line to the DataViz website? :-)

Sounds good to me jbeachy! You lead, I'll follow. Is there any other program out there that can handle Excel spreadsheets and allow for multiple numbers to be put in without this problem?

I've used GridMagic and eOffice and they both have the same characteristic. No other experience.
