    Can someone plz tell me how to set-up my Curve as a Modem using Vista? I've been using my BB as Modem on Win XP for yrs now. Just got a new laptop, so need to set it up w/ Vista now. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I set-up the Modem properly and used the right command string..

    Any ideas? Btw, I'm w/ T-Mobile

    Open up Desktop Manger and then try your method.

    Desktop manager is running. It keeps giving me the error msg saying hardware failure in the Modem

    Try uninstalling the modem in the Vista Device Manager and reinstalling it. I can't help you with your settings since I don't use T-Mobile.
