    Longtime follower.
    First time poster (just signed up)!

    I sent a video that I took with my z10... both of the receivers could not open it. One tried on IOs and the other on a laptop(gmail).

    Anybody have advice...or run into the same issue?

    How big is the video? How did you send it? Are you able to view the video on your own system? What troubleshooting steps have you taken already?

    I am able to view it on my z10 and my computer through Miro. It was sent via gmail on my phone (video taken from my phone). The video is half a MB.
