    Hi everyone, (newbie to this site)

    Hope someone can help.

    Customer with BPS installed is unable to view sent mail instigated from their device on outlook. Apparently working ok for his colleagues.

    The 'Save Copy In Sent Folder' option is set to 'Yes' on the device.

    Any tips on where to go next with this one?
