    Hi, I've started the security wipe around 10:30pm and it continues to be wiping till 3pm on the next day with 97% completion. Is thr any way to solve this problem. Please HELP me!

    Reload the OS would be one option....

    My Passport was stuck like this for days. Only way around is to hold down the power button and restart it a few times until it shows an error sign, then plug it into a PC and reinstall the OS

    I used BlackBerry Link and reboot it. Have to work on the timing. Annoying.
