24 hours-8hours to sleep=Ideal Amount of Blackberry Time.

In all seriousness, like any addiction, you only need to worry when it begins to interfere with relationships and responsibilities. If you can be on the Berry for 16 hours a day and it doesn't cause your marriage to fail, your appetite to disappear, or your boss to fire you, then have at it, but if you need to limit your time, take responsibility and limit it.

I certainly spend more than 2hrs a day on it. . .in fact I'd probably be quite worried if I actually analysed just how much time I did spend on it!! To be honest though when it comes to things like spending time with friends/family etc then I put it away in my pocket & TRY not to play with it! As for during work. . . .
