Too much is when you are attending 12 step meetings to break your crackberry habit but send a message that you can't make the meeting.

Too much time is when if you're not using your Blackberry you're reading about it, when the Amazon store recommendations are all Blackberry accessory related, and when you start sweating when the mobile phone bill arrives each month and you are too scared to check the 'Data Usage' section.

If my battery goes completely dead in one day of usage, that's a little too much for me.

well if you no longer have face to face contact with people that are important in your life. If your spouse has to talk to you within your home thru bb, you may need to consider therapy.

I never considered there could be too much, but I suppose if I got carpal tunnel syndrome then, it would be too much.

I know a lot of people joke or even exaggerate about not being able to survive without their Blackberry, but being self-employed; communication is of the highest importance to me, so my Blackberry is never out of my reach/sight with the sole exception of being in the shower.

My Blackberry is in use 70-80% of the day. And being self-employed, I don't always get the luxury of sleep, so if I have a 18-20 hour day; my biggest downtime is just switching the battery.

Too much is when your fingers get keyboard marks in them, your eyes blink in the LED color, and your blackberry tells you it's too much.

I have to say that the BB really is addictive. I've only had it a month, and I do spend more than 2 hours a day on it, either browsing, texting, or emailing. Sad, really. Too much would probably be in the neighborhood of "constant awake use." If I didn't ever look up, lost my job and house, etc., that would probably be close to going over "healthy."

Too much is when you have a list of things to do for the day such as running errands, Christmas shopping, cleaning the house, checking msgs, etc. and by the end of the day, the only thing you can mark off your list is checking msgs!
