As stated before with phone usage, true communication is person to person. If you are close by stop in and say hi and then start your conversation. no need to use the blackberry as a substitute for a smile or hug.

Tough to say, if you count time on the actual phone itself it would be way more than 2 hours, but emailing and texts and the like would definitely come in under an hour.

i dont use it enough, it calls me when im not there, and that dang red light is always flashing!

id say you use it too much when its running out of juice everyday, and your family is getting mad at you. when they get mad at you for having your phone with you, you know you use it too much.
