I think I was spending two much time on my BB at my last job where I wore out the track wheels on not one, but two 7100i's.

Though having Poker and Blackjack installed on them may have account for some of it.

I dont think there is such a thing as too much BB usage. Unless youre using it while driving and cause some havoc out there on the road...then maybe that might be a lil too much.
