Why did their sales drop? HTC is doing better than them. They need to move from Blackberry World to Play Store on Blackberry 10. They can merge with an Android player. Move them to Blackberry 10 and fix their third-party app issue

Why did their sales drop? Lots of reasons, but the main one is no one is buying their phones.
Too expensive, crowded marketplace, immature OS (Yes I Know That 10.2 Fixes Everything) and missing apps.

Precisely, they warned of this in prior E R. My belief is that Plan B was initiated prior to the previous report and that is why we saw a lack of marketing. They have increased BES10 deployment markedly and based on my own experience with BES. Marketing they were quite aggressive in convincing us. Though for me it was a no brainer. To me this jives with their latest announcement to refocus on prosumer and enterprise. Where from here we shall see
